Hi everyone!
Now that fulfillment has officially begun, we've been receiving a lot of questions about what is shipping now, what isn't, and why some backers haven't received their complete pledge yet. We wanted to provide a quick clarification.
Currently Shipping
We are currently shipping Wall XD Bundles in the new colorway only.
These are shipping in batches as production is completed. When your bundle is ready, you will receive a shipping invoice. Once that invoice has been paid, your Wall XD Bundle will be packed and shipped.
Not Yet Shipping
At this time, no Mythic XD products are shipping.
This includes all Mythic XD walls, accessories, add-ons, stretch goals, and other Mythic components. These items remain in production.
Our current estimate is for Mythic XD fulfillment to begin in early 2027.
Why Didn't I Receive My Entire Order?
Many pledges included both Wall XD and Mythic XD products.
If you've only received (or will only receive) your Wall XD Bundle, that is expected. The Mythic XD portion of your pledge will ship separately once production is complete.
We know everyone is excited to receive their rewards, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work through fulfillment. We're focused on making sure each shipment meets the quality standards you've come to expect from us.
We'll continue posting updates as production progresses and will let everyone know as additional product lines enter fulfillment.

Wall XD Bundle Shipping Update

Hello Backers,
We wanted to provide an update on Wall XD bundle fulfillment.
We have experienced delays getting many of the bundle orders shipped. We want to be fully transparent about why. The process of collecting shipping charges through BackerKit after the campaign has proven more complicated than anticipated, and despite spending considerable time working with their support team, we have not been able to get a workflow in place that we are comfortable using.
Rather than continue to delay shipments, we have decided to handle shipping invoices outside of BackerKit so we can begin getting displays into your hands immediately.
What Happens Next?
- A shipping invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your BackerKit account.
- Once the shipping invoice has been paid, your order will be released for shipment.
- Tracking information will then be uploaded and updated within BackerKit.
While this approach creates additional work on our end, it allows us to start fulfilling orders now instead of waiting for a resolution through BackerKit.
The Wall XD bundles are ready to ship, so when you receive your invoice, we kindly ask that you submit payment as soon as possible to help keep fulfillment moving smoothly.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and support throughout this process. Our goal is to get these displays into your collections as quickly as possible, and we believe this is the fastest path forward.

Wall XD Tan Colorway Shipping Update + Mythic XD Progress

Hey everyone!
We wanted to give you all a quick update regarding the upcoming shipment phase for the Kickstarter campaign.
Wall XD Tan Colorway Shipping Begins Soon
We’re excited to announce that the new Wall XD Tan Colorway bundles and accessories will begin shipping starting early next week!
These are the previously released Wall XD components, now produced in the brand-new tan colorway, and we’re incredibly excited to finally start getting them into your hands.
Because we are preparing shipments now, shipping charges will begin processing starting Saturday, May 9th (tomorrow).
We wanted to give everyone a heads-up ahead of time so there are no surprises when charges begin processing through Kickstarter/BackerKit.
PLEASE CHECK THE FOLLOWING ASAP:
- Make sure your shipping address is fully up to date
- Make sure your preferred payment method/card is active and current
- Shipping charges will be billed through the payment method connected to your Kickstarter/BackerKit account
If you need to update anything, please do so before charges begin processing tomorrow.
Thank You!!! This Is a Huge Milestone
We also want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone supporting the project.
If you remember the original Wall XD Kickstarter, those same components took us roughly 1.5–2 years to fully deliver. This time around, we’re getting these products out in under six months, which is a massive improvement for us operationally and something we’re genuinely proud of.
We’ve been working extremely hard behind the scenes to improve timelines, manufacturing coordination, and fulfillment so we can continue building trust and delivering faster with every project.
Mythic XD Update
As for Mythic XD, we are currently still moving through final design iterations before we begin cutting steel tooling.
Our goal right now is to begin cutting metal soon, with hopes of having first production parts arriving at our warehouse by late summer or early fall.
If everything continues moving in the right direction, our current target is to begin fulfillment around December 2026 to early January 2027.
We’ll continue sharing updates as progress moves forward.

Mythic XD Update – Production Progress & What’s Next

Hey everyone,
We’ve got a strong progress update to share, and things are moving forward in a real way.
Wall XD – New Colorway Production
We’ve officially received the initial production run of the new Wall XD colorway. This includes several pieces that will be part of the Mythic XD system, marking a major step forward.
The new colorway is now in paint production
Bundle boxes have arrived
We’ve received a prototype for the foam packaging inserts
Once we finalize and approve the packaging, it will move into full production, which is expected to take approximately 30–45 days.
Shipping Commitment (April Target)
We want to be clear and upfront:
We committed to shipping the new bundle colorway in April, and we are holding that commitment.
To make that happen, we will begin shipping before the foam inserts are ready, using hand-wrapped packaging to ensure orders go out on time. Once the foam inserts are complete, they will be integrated into future shipments.
Mythic XD – Development Status
Mythic XD is on track.
We are currently:
Finalizing and tuning designs for production
Preparing to move into tooling
As a reminder from the Kickstarter campaign:

⛔ Battlements, Gatehouse Door, and Additional Wall were not unlocked
Unlock Goals – We Need Your Input
After BackerKit closed in January, we lost a key source of data that helped us track demand for stretch goals. That has slowed our ability to confidently move forward on additional pieces.

Mythic XD BackerKit Closing, Funding & Production Plan Update

Hello Mythic XD Backers,
As we approach the next milestone for Mythic XD, I want to share a clear, transparent update on BackerKit timing, funding totals, and our production plan moving forward.
BackerKit Closing & Surveys
BackerKit will close and cards will be billed on the 30th.
At this time, 74% of backers have completed their surveys.
If you have not completed yours yet, please do so as soon as possible so we can lock quantities and move confidently into production.

Use the same email address you used on Kickstarter, and BackerKit will pull up your survey automatically.
Funding Totals – Full Transparency
As of today, Mythic XD has raised $94,117 from backers and preorders combined.
Some of you may notice this number is approximately $10,000 lower than what appears on the preorder site. To be completely transparent, this difference comes from unbillable pledges that dropped off after the Kickstarter closed, totaling roughly $10,000. This reflects real, collected funds only.
When we include retail commitments, the effective total comes back up to approximately $103,928.
This reconciliation is a normal part of post-Kickstarter operations and is exactly why we are being deliberate with our production approach.

This extended preorder window gives us time for continued social pushes, conferences, and new supporters to help unlock these components.
